Returns policy
📅 Withdrawal period :
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your product.
Certain items that state ‘30 days satisfaction or refund’ may benefit from an extended period. This information will be specified on the relevant product sheet.
🔹 Return conditions
- The item must be new, unused and in its original condition, with its packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Returns should be sent to the address below.

📩 Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then inform you whether or not your refund has been accepted.
- If accepted ✅: The refund will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days.
- If refused ❌: The product will be returned to you at your expense.
💰 Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund :
1️⃣ Check your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your bank card issuer (processing times vary from bank to bank).
3️⃣ Contact your bank, some refunds require additional processing time.

🎁 Items on sale or promotion
📌 All items are refundable, including those purchased on promotion, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
🎁 Gift returns
- If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to your address, a credit note will be sent to you once the return has been validated.
- If the item was ordered by a third party, the refund will be sent directly to the original buyer, who will be informed of the return.
📦 Shipping of returns
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or proven non-conformity.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or insure your shipment.
